Diversity in Recruitment and Selection

The Palmetto General Hospital Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program ensures diversity in recruitment, selection, and retention by accepting applicants through the ERAS program and also by accepting applicants from within the Cardiology Program of Palmetto General Hospital. Miami serves a community with a wide range of diversity. We have achieved diversity in our training programs for the last several years. Our faculty, administrative personnel, nursing staff, etc., are all from a wide range of backgrounds, reflecting the diversity of the community we serve.
